How it works

  1. Ask — enter the email you sign in with below (or, in the RobotAiTechnology app: Profile → Delete my account).
  2. Confirm — we email that address a link, valid for 24 hours. This proves the request is yours.
  3. Your company removes it — RobotAiTechnology accounts are work accounts, created and controlled by your employer (or the company you serve). Once you confirm, their administrators are notified and asked to remove your account within 30 days.
  4. We tell you — you get an email when it is done, or, if anything must be kept, what and why.

Request account deletion

We email that address a link to confirm. Nothing happens until you open it.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in: password, two-step setup, phone unlock, sessions and notification addresses on your phones.
  • Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo and preferences.
  • Data kept on your phone by the app (it is also wiped when you sign out).

What may be kept

  • Records your company must keep by law or contract — for example payroll, tax and invoice records, signed service reports, and the security audit log — for the period that law or contract requires.
  • Work records that belong to your company rather than to you (assets, tickets, jobs), with your name removed or replaced where that is possible.

Deleting a whole company

A company owner who wants the company and all of its data deleted should contact us from the owner's email address.
