Important legal notice. RobotAiTechnology operates as a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider. We provide software, automation tools, AMC management, asset tracking, monitoring tools and related services. Users and organisations are solely responsible for how they use the platform, manage their assets, comply with applicable laws and run their business operations.
We shall not be responsible for any business losses, operational decisions, financial losses, legal disputes, data entered by users, third-party actions or compliance violations arising from the use of the platform. All services are used at the customer's own risk.
User registration & account responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
- Sharing login credentials is prohibited.
- Organisations are responsible for all activity performed under their accounts.
Service usage rules
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- No unauthorised access, hacking or misuse.
- No distribution of malware or harmful code.
- No abuse of platform resources.
Subscription, billing & payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly, or paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months or for 2 to 5 years.
- Subscriptions renew automatically where applicable.
- Late payment may result in suspension of the service.
- Taxes and government charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Setup fees, implementation fees and customisation charges may be non-refundable.
Intellectual property rights
- All software, branding, designs, source code and content remain the property of the company.
- Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for the duration of their subscription.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for:
- Business interruptions
- Financial losses
- Data loss
- Customer disputes
- Third-party failures
- Compliance violations
- Asset damages
- Service misuse
Account suspension & termination
- Violation of these policies may result in suspension.
- Repeated misuse may lead to permanent account termination.
Governing law & disputes
- All disputes shall be governed by the applicable local laws.
- Arbitration or legal proceedings shall follow the requirements of the governing jurisdiction.
Service updates
Features, pricing and services may change over time. We may update them without prior notice, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
