What it does
Each customer's equipment is segregated, with per-customer access, so you can look after many fleets without mixing them.
How it works: Every customer kept apartAuto-assign sends unassigned visits to available technicians, or you assign by hand; technicians update each job and log the work done.
How it works: Dispatch by ruleEvery service ticket carries response and resolution targets, and breaches surface while there is still time to act.
How it works: Response and resolution SLAsMaintenance schedules raise preventive visits automatically when they fall due, and overdue visits stand out.
How it works: Preventive maintenanceCustomers get scoped access to see their own equipment and raise requests; you issue and revoke it.
How it works: A portal for your customersWhen customer equipment is marked critical, a service ticket is raised for it automatically.

From the Help Center
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management tracks maintenance contracts, their coverage and SLAs, scheduled preventive maintenance, service tickets and renewals — for your own assets and, in the field-service module, for external customers' equipment.
The portals give outside parties scoped, token-based access: a customer can see their own equipment and raise requests, and a vendor can see only their own contracts, assets and tickets and advance the ones assigned to them. Administrators issue and revoke this access.
Vendors and engineers are managed in the field-service module, with a technician role for the people who do the work. AMC vendors can be given scorecards and, through the vendor portal, limited self-service access to their own contracts, assets and tickets.
A resolved billable job can draft an invoice, and AMC/field invoices support submission, approval, payment and overdue chasing. Vendor bills and payments are tracked separately with their own approval workflow.
