Contracts with their coverage
Create a contract with its coverage, SLA and term, attach the equipment it covers, and link the vendor who provides the maintenance.
How it works: Contracts with their coverageAMC management
Every AMC with its vendor, coverage, SLA and covered equipment. Preventive visits schedule themselves, tickets run against the contract, and renewals are flagged well before the end date.
What it does

How it works: Contracts with their coverageExpiring contracts are flagged in the renewals view, reminders go out before cover lapses, and Renew extends the term.
How it works: Renewals before the end dateDefine maintenance schedules against equipment, and preventive-maintenance tickets are raised automatically when they are due.
How it works: Preventive maintenance on schedulePreventive visits used against each contract, next to its period and days left, so you get the service you pay for.

From the Help Center
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management tracks maintenance contracts, their coverage and SLAs, scheduled preventive maintenance, service tickets and renewals — for your own assets and, in the field-service module, for external customers' equipment.
The portals give outside parties scoped, token-based access: a customer can see their own equipment and raise requests, and a vendor can see only their own contracts, assets and tickets and advance the ones assigned to them. Administrators issue and revoke this access.
Yes. The multi-company asset view segregates equipment by customer, with per-customer access control, so a field-service provider can oversee many customers' fleets without mixing them.
AMC contracts are managed in the AMC & Field Service area. Open the contract and use Renew to extend it; upcoming expiries are flagged in the lifecycle and renewals view so nothing lapses unnoticed. See the AMC & field service section for more.
