How it works: Day statuses from real sessionsAttendance & workforce
Day statuses come from each person's own sessions on their PC, measured against your shift times, grace periods, half-day rules and holidays. And everyone can see their own record.

How it works: Time, not contentEach person's day as working, idle, unused, video and social time, measured against their own history, not against colleagues.
How it works: A daily performance reportEach person sees their own attendance and activity under My Activity, in the same detail their manager sees.
How it works: Everyone sees their own recordWith reporting lines, a manager's view can be limited to the people who report to them, directly or down the chain.
How it works: Managers see their own peopleSchedule a report to arrive by email; every run re-checks what its creator is allowed to see.

From the Help Center
Yes, and it is enforced in the product, not left to policy. The server refuses captured content until the employee has acknowledged the current monitoring notice, the agent shows a visible tray icon, and every person can see their own recorded data in the console.
The Attendance report derives day statuses (present, half-day, absent, holiday and so on) from agent sessions and your company's attendance policy — shift times, grace periods and holidays — and includes leave. It exports like other reports.
Yes. Use working-hours and blackout windows so the agent does not capture content outside the times you set. Idle detection also distinguishes active from idle time within the window.
No content. Screenshots, live screen, recordings, clipboard, app usage and website activity all ship disabled. Only attendance and idle detection are on, and those count time rather than content. An administrator turns on specific features per organisation, department, team or person.
