Questions

What is captured by default?

No content. Screenshots, live screen, recordings, clipboard, app usage and website activity all ship disabled. Only attendance and idle detection are on, and those count time rather than content. An administrator turns on specific features per organisation, department, team or person.

Do you log keystrokes or read messages?

No. We do not build keystroke logging of message content, covert camera or microphone capture, or monitoring that hides itself from the person being monitored. If you need those, we are not the right vendor.

What are the agent’s system requirements?

The agent runs on Windows and needs local administrator rights to install and network access to reach your console. It is lightweight and uses change-detection so it only sends captures when the screen actually changes.

How long is captured data kept?

Each company sets its own rolling retention — for example keep the newest N screenshots and the last N minutes of recordings. Nothing is kept longer than that policy allows, and old captures are purged automatically.
