Subscription & billing
Plans, UPI/GPay payments, invoices, renewals, seats and what happens when a payment fails.
How do I subscribe to a business plan?
Use the subscription wizard: choose a plan and billing term (monthly, or 3, 6 or 12 months, or 2 to 5 years paid at once), set your seat count, create your company owner account and pay. Your plan's seat and device limits and features activate once payment is confirmed.
How do I pay using GPay or UPI?
At checkout, choose UPI and scan the QR code with GPay or any UPI app, or pay to the shown UPI ID. Your plan activates once the payment is verified against the bank reference — a browser saying "paid" is never enough on its own, so there may be a short confirmation delay.
How do I download invoices?
Open the billing area and download the PDF invoice for any payment. Invoices are immutable, numbered in sequence, and carry the tax snapshot from the time of the charge.
How do I upgrade or downgrade a plan?
An administrator picks the new plan in the billing area and confirms. Seat and device limits and gated features change to match the new plan; billing adjusts from the next cycle.
How do I renew my subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically where applicable, and you will get renewal reminders beforehand. You can also renew manually from the billing area. If a renewal payment fails, capture pauses but your console stays readable.
How are seats counted?
A seat is any active user of your console — administrators, managers and monitored employees alike. Deactivating someone frees their seat straight away. The Seats page and the billing area show your seats in use against the seats you have bought and your plan's limit. (A subscription that started before this rule keeps counting only monitored employees until its next renewal.)
How do I add more licences or seats?
Add seats from the billing area at any time. You pay only for the rest of your current term, and the new seats renew with your plan. Larger quantities can earn a volume discount, shown in the price before you pay. If you reach your plan's seat ceiling, move to a higher plan.
Can I reduce my seats?
Yes. Remove seats from the billing area — you can go down to the number of active users you have today. The unused time on the seats you give up is credited to your company wallet straight away and is used on your next payment.
Can seats be added automatically as we grow?
Yes. Turn on automatic seats in the billing area and hiring is never blocked: when someone joins and you are out of seats, one is bought for the rest of the term — from wallet credit first, otherwise as a bill to pay. Administrators are notified each time.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — eligible plans include a free trial (each plan on the pricing page shows how long its trial is) with no card required to start. You will get reminders before it ends, and you can subscribe at any point during or after the trial.
What happens if my payment fails or is overdue?
The service moves into a limited state: content capture pauses and some actions are gated behind a payment prompt, but your console stays readable and your data remains available. Settle the payment to restore full service.
Can I use a promo or coupon code?
Yes, if your company has been given one. Enter the coupon during checkout and the discount is applied to the eligible charge before payment.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are reviewed and, when approved, issued as a credit note against the original invoice. Setup, implementation, migration, training and custom-development charges are generally non-refundable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms.
Are taxes and GST included on invoices?
Invoices itemise applicable taxes and carry the tax details from the time of the charge. Taxes and government charges are the customer's responsibility as set out in the Terms.
What billing cycles are available?
Monthly, or paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months or for 2, 3, 4 or 5 years — a longer term carries a larger discount, shown next to each term. You choose the term on the pricing page or in the subscription wizard; it is stored with your subscription, shown on each invoice, and the plan renews on the same term unless you change it. Auto-pay works on every term; for a long term your bank may ask you to approve each charge.
